It was super cold and windy when we went on the trip but they still did a great job to make it fun. I would definitely recommend this tour it was worth the money!

Seeing all the lights from the strip while not having to drive and just enjoying and hearing a little bit about Vegas. If you come in December I do recommend to wear extremely warm clothes ear muffs, beanie etc., as it gets extremely cold. Also props to our tour guide Edith, she did an amazing job!

Tour guides make it so enjoyable by giving interesting facts, fun comments, Vegas history, current attractions and experiences. They answer questions from riders. Very accommodating, informative.

We missed our bus due to the walk and getting lost & I called to try and reschedule for the next day. It was all non refundable & we could not transfer passes over for the next day— full price was wanted again. 3 tickets at $44.99 we were out of now. A lot of wasted money when you don’t have it to waste

Please Big Bus Company give us our money back. It was my Birthday treat to Vegas and we booked this night tour and you did not even turn up. We waited 2 hours - money down the drain and 2 hours wasted out of our short trip all the way from England. We complained next day and was told we have to telephone the company, but we are now back in the UK. Please help us. We have wasted so much money. Big Bus, be big and return our money to us. Thank you

I think they could have skipped Fremont Street and drove around more of the Strip and off strip Old Vegas.

Lovely sites from atop the bus, takes you out past the Mandalay Bay and past the Welcome to Las Vegas sign (they even slowed down so you could get a good picture) they then take you down to the old strip and drop you off for an hour to experience Fremont street. After you get back on the bus, you head back to the Caesar's Place area where they drop you back off. Vicky was our tour guide on the top of the bus and she was very informative about the different casinos throughout Las Vegas. She talked about the casinos that had alleged mob ties and the history of other casinos like circus circus being built in the 60s and how it has its own amusement park for the kids. It was an amazing experience and I'm glad we had Vicky as our guide. Highly recommend.

Great Trip Down The Strip + We had a lot of fun on the tour. Well organized and we had a great guide on the tour, Melissa! Do be on time. We had several people chasing us down, just before we left, needless to say, they didn’t get a seat on top. Temperature was fine w a light jacket. Saw just about everything on the strip, downtown, a must do, w a 1 hour stop to check it out

Here celebrating my sister’s 40th. We arrived early as instructed at 540pm. We were then advised to get it line at 5:50pm to wait on the bus that would arrive at 630 for a 7 o’clock take off. So we stood in line from 550pm to 650pm when the bus finally arrived. We kept asking the employees Oscar and Miles about the wait time and they just advised that they would be there. They kept saying they would call to check and finally the bus arrived around 7pm and once loaded we were able to take off at 715 or 720. The bus kids choked a little at the red light but no other issues after that. The experience to see Paradise and Las Vegas was good with the lights and all of its history. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about this area. They just need to improve the communication for the bus and provide seating for guest waiting to board the bus

We rode through all of new and old Las Vegas. The tour guide was very informative and nice. It was so beautiful to see everything at night. You even get an hour to explore in between the tour.
